Wow!!! Great NEWS!!!!!

I have an announcement that I have created a website of my Training & Consultancy firm http://www.vahstc.in/. The objective of the firm is to provide enhance & equip the Professionals & Business in India to grow; to grow together with India. Currently firm is operating in Chhattisgarh only.

We all know that Make In India can only be successful if the skills of manpower in India matches with the requirement of Manufacturers; we all are seeing the skill gap report published by Govt. or Pvt. agencies. The common outcome of all the reports is that the manpower are not up to the mark which is required.

It’s my small gesture through our firm to enhance & provide skilled manpower as per the requirement.

Pedagogy which we adopt in our firm:-

1. Before interacting with Professionals or Business houses we conduct a Psychometric Tests to understand them better.

2. Than we suggest the training module to professionals or scope of improvement to Business House as per the requirement in current scenario.

3. Conduct of training or reengineering.

4. We take at least 2 (two) feedback during the entire process.

5. Finally our experts or approved certifying agency certifies & provide certificates.

We also provide training to College going students & put them in live projects as OJT (On the Job Training) this helps trainee to understand the actual working environment, ultimately which will help them in their professional life. We also certify them & provide them experience certificates.

Soon VAHSTC is coming up with a new venture KhojCG.

Hello Friends,

My name is Anand Maru, I have just entered into the world of Blogging. I love to convert my imagination / thoughts into Text Form. I believe that every person have their own opinion about any situation, topic or have unrealistic feelings which they want to share with someone; I do have my opinion which I wanted to share so I today (20^th Oct’2016) I signed-up with blogger.com.

Before moving forward I would like to say thanks to my Parents, Teachers, Friends and Colleagues for making me what I am.
